Personal Care Assistant
Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) play an important role in helping seniors and adults remain comfortable and independent in their own homes. PCAs provide non-medical assistance with everyday activities while offering respectful companionship and dependable support based on each client’s individual needs.
PCA Requirements:
To be considered for a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) position, applicants must submit the following requirements before employment consideration:
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to pass an FBI fingerprint background check
- Social Security Card
- Current Driver’s License
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certification
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Current Work Physical Exam
- Completion of New Employee Orientation
